Last Saturday, despite the cooler weather, our Connect and Cruise boat trip aboard the historic PS Marion was filled with warmth and connection. Participants gathered on the iconic paddle steamer, eager to connect, relax and make the most of a unique experience on the beautiful Murray River.

Delicious food, some lively impromptu dancing, games and of course many laughs thanks to comedian and mental health advocate Marc Ryan The Beautiful Bogan brought energy and fun to our Saturday night.

The breathtaking beauty of the river also offered a stunning backdrop, to also spend time with Bronwyn Paynter - Nature OT to reflect and make time for the positive impact that nature has on our wellbeing.

We extend heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended; we hope you left with your wellbeing cups full and lasting memories of the evening. A special shout out goes to the dedicated PS Marion volunteers, whose ongoing commitment ensures the paddle steamer continues to cruise our magnificent Murray River week after week.

This wonderful event was made possible through funding from State and Federal Government Disaster Recovery funds, allowing our communities to come together for a meaningful and enjoyable experience.

BPD Co is inviting people with living or lived experience of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and their families or carers, to take part in their Consumer–Carer Consultation Forum 2.

These forums are a chance for our community to share insights and help shape BPD Co services, focusing on topics such as:
