I’m trying my best to not beat myself up about the fact that I haven’t been well enough to get back into my market routine, which is super hard because I am deeply missing seeing you all in person. Not being able to show up for my business breaks my heart because I feel like all my hard work is slipping away. (Unrealistic I know) 💔

My focus right now is to get my health in check which has definitely been an emotional rollercoaster, I struggle with allowing myself to rest but if I push myself right now then it will only prolong the recovery time. ❤️‍🩹
