Matt and I are at the age when we start to really look a bit deeper into our lives.

How we spend our time (because mid-life means we know how short it actually is).

Who we spend it with.

Knowing the "who" within our family is only going to get bigger.
(YAY for having our first grand baby!).

Travel - we absolutely want to do more of it.

So this new kid on our block is one way we hope to accommodate all of it.

Extra room for our expanding family.
A space for Matt and I call home as we travel and rent our actual home out.

And in between all of that - we have this much loved space of ours on AirBnB for everyone else to enjoy as well.

I have SO loved that the majority of people who have stayed also come for a treatment or private class.

We had our first mens reformer class tonight!

Happy flurbsday the 87th of Janember!

I know, I know....it's the time of year when all the days jumble together like the leftover over meals we keep making in the fridge for dinner after the big holiday.

I totally here for it.

I'm also here for peeking into what the real January looks like when we all get to hang out again in a few weeks.

We only have 1 update to the schedule (I promised myself I would't go crazy with new classes so I can 100% show up for all my people with sanity) - we are going to trial a 6:30am (gulp) reformer class. We tried it a few times last term and I didn't die attempting to form my words so early in the morning, so while it's still sunny in the morning - why not?

Our Thursday 5:30pm Pre-Natal Reformer will be a 10 week program and booked separately. We currently have 3 spots available.

Just a reminder for those newbies here -
we have:

~ casual, 5 and 10 class packs for Balance (all yoga + mat pilates)
~ casual, 5 and 10 class packs for Sculpt (all reformer + strength)
~ a variety of memberships to fit your schedule

Christmas, 2025.

I don’t take lightly that everyone is here.
Home. Safe. Healthy.

What a gift.

From my home family to my studio family, we are wishing you all the most special time at home, enjoying each bite of yummy food, every sip of the bubbles…and most importantly…

…taking time to deeply enjoy the people around you.

Today it’s, feet up, heart full, sipping a very well-deserved, slightly indulgent G + T I absolutely spoiled myself with.
Heck yea i buy my own early Christmas presents.

May your Christmas be rich in the things that truly matter.

We made it, team.

It’s aways been my vision to make our little spot in the world happier and healthier, in big and small ways.

And if “your tribe shares your vibe” is true, then I’m fairly confident our collective energy has gently rippled out into the wider Murrumbateman community.

More patience at the roundabouts.
And just enough namaste to pause… breathe… and not type that reply on the noticeboard 😆
Being a little kinder to our neighbours that we get to meet here.

More importantly, kinder to yourself.

2025 has been a year of growth in all the ways that actually matter.
Stronger bodies that can lift heavy things (including furniture, life, and occasionally emotional baggage- me this is totally me).

Calmer nervous systems that don’t immediately jump to fight-or-flight over minor inconveniences.

And a deeper sense of connection.

To ourselves, to each other, and to this little community we keep showing up for.

And now… 2026 is waiting.

I can’t wait to welcome you with heavier dumbbells, longer savasanas, deeper breaths, stronger playlists, and yes… possibly even an extra red spring (emotionally prepare yourselves).

Thank you for bringing your energy, your consistency, your humour, and your very real humanness into this space.

This isn’t just a studio.

It’s a shared vision of a better way of living.
A safe place to land.
A place where growth happens quietly, steadily, and with a few laughs along the way.
