I was scared & excited but so much more fearful that if I stayed the same, I’d regret not backing myself.

Weekly class lineup is ready for you!

A few of our sessions are already booked out (you legends 👏), but there are still some spots left to move, sweat, and recharge with us this week.

We are trialing a new Friday Studio Reformer time slot as the two on the timetable are usually booked out.

Last week we had a 6:30am (we made it with smiles team!) with 3 spots taken.

This week we have a 10:30am for those non-early risers.

Let me know which spot you'd like to stay - I'm even open to keeping both if there's a demand.

We have one spot left in both our 6:30am + 8:30am class!

With the brighter mornings we are trialing the 6:30am to see how we (me, it’s really just me) feel about an early start.

Our 8:30 and 9:30 have been booking out so next week we will trial a 10:30am as well.

I love that we have so much flexibility to help you find times and days that work, so please always let me know what you’d like to see on the timetable!
