Just over one week until the rebirth of Womb Medicine! 🌱📖

🙏🏽Please join us on Saturday 8 November at 3pm at Heart and Soul of Wellness for a beautiful, heart-womb-centred gathering with cacao, circle sharing, a guided womb meditation, and selected readings from the newly revised book.

For those who feel called, there will be an optional yoni steam ritual with all props and gentle guidance provided.

Come as you are. Bring flowers, laughter and songs. Babies and small children welcome.

We’re delighted to feature Alli Ehmann, founder of Northern Rivers Chinese Medicine Clinic, as our Practitioner of the Month. 🧡

As well as being a fully qualified acupuncturist, Alli has undertaken advanced studies in Canonical Chinese Medicine, becoming one of only 60 practitioners in Australia to specialise in this traditional and highly effective approach.

Heart and Soul of Wellness

We’ll be gathering to pack Mum & Bub bags that will be gifted to women who birth a baby during a time of crisis — whether due to domestic violence, homelessness, or financial hardship.
These bags contain some practical basics, maternity pads, breastpads, shampoo, conditioner etc. — things that are useful in the early days with a new baby. If you’d like to help pack, we’d love to have you with us. We also welcome donations of newborn nappies, muslin wraps, baby singlets, baby wipes, nappy rash cream, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and deodorant. All items must be new.
We fill the bags and they will be dropped off at Bunnings.

You’re warmly invited to celebrate the Book Rebirth of Womb Medicine: The Art of Yoni Steaming. 🍃

Rather than a traditional ‘book launch’, I am designing a hands-on, heart and womb-centred gathering that is also an invitation to come together in circle, reconnect, and remember the wisdom of your womb. We will share stories, sip cacao, and experience a guided yoni meditation together.

Come as you are. Whether you’re curious about yoni steaming, have read Womb Medicine before, or simply feel called to reconnect with your feminine essence, you are welcome here. Or BYO yoni steam chair. We could always try for the Guinness Book of Records for the biggest group yoni steam EVER!
