Sauerkraut is the missing piece in the story for bone health. It has an incredible quantity of vitamin K2 which helps the bones assimilate the calcium.
However, you do need to eat it on a daily basis, so making your own sauerkraut is the best option in terms of pricing.
And also I really do believe it tastes the best when you make it yourself.
