Hi, I'm Zahra, an ICF-Certified Life & Health Coach, a Nationally Recognised Nutritionist and an NLP Practitioner. For years, I felt trapped in cycles I didn’t know how to escape—toxic relationships, self-doubt, and a lingering sense of never feeling “enough.” My first breakup in my early 20s shattered me. I was drowning in depression and isolation, convinced that if I just tried harder, loved deeper, and ignored the red flags, things would work out. That relationship was codependent, draining, and laced with unhealed trauma—and walking away was just the beginning. I thought escaping meant healing, but I quickly realised that freedom without clarity only leads to more confusion. I built new friendships, forced myself into hobbies, and tried to rebuild from scratch—but I kept falling back into the same destructive patterns. My health suffered. Burnout and stress manifested in gut issues, exhaustion, and anxiety. I was running on empty, chasing external fixes while avoiding the real work within. The turning point came when I finally stopped being at the effect of life and decided to reclaim control. I started setting boundaries, even when they meant facing solitude. I spent time strengthening my self-worth, learning how to break free from limiting beliefs and emotional triggers. For the first time, I opened myself up to love again, but this time, on my terms. With the confidence and clarity I had cultivated, I stepped into a relationship rooted in respect, emotional security, and genuine connection—one that has now flourished for nearly a decade and remains the most fulfilling partnership of my life! I became a student of transformation, investing in nutrition, mindset coaching, and personal development. I deepened my knowledge through life coaching certification, NLP training, and holistic health studies—because healing isn’t just about fixing symptoms. It’s about rebuilding from the inside out. Now, I coach ambitious women through their own transformations—helping them rewrite the beliefs that have kept them stuck, reclaim their full potential, and design a life rooted in self-worth, fulfillment, and wellness. There's a vulnerable part inside you right now, that's waiting to be noticed. It's hidden behind your coping mechanisms, your protective parts, maybe even your angry parts.

The reason why this part is hidden is that at some point you learnt that being vulnerable is dangerous and you must not allow yourself to be that.

Often this happens in childhood, when we're just being our normal joyful selves, and get told directly or indirectly that we should stop being this way.

We make an inner promise to ourselves that from now on, we will strive to be always strong, always self reliant, never needing anyone. This essentially locks away your vulnerable part.

Years later, you go through life feeling unloved, misunderstood, lonely, and discarded. You blame life's circumstances and the nature of humanity. You distance yourself even more.

You start losing your joy in life, you quit experimenting and playing. Instead life just feels like "same s**t different day".

This is where you need to come back to Self again.

Our brain is constantly making sense of its environment, through all the information coming through our senses.

One of the most important signals for your internal clock is light through the eyes. If you are constantly staring at blue light from screens, you won't be giving your body the adequate signals to align its natural rhythm.

In turn, your hormones don't get secreted at the right times, your hunger cues are messed up, and you feel tired when you're supposed to feel awake and refreshed.

🥲 Loss is an integral part of Transformation. And I'm still in the mourning phase, before I accept my new identity.

đź’« Letting go of the old can take some time, but if we don't take the time to consciously metabolise our emotions, it will result in going backwards and repeating the same old cycles over and over.

🙏 The previous version of me kept me alive, and I get to be thankful to her. But at the same time, she is no longer necessary in my life. And I have to say goodbye.👋

Rushing this process is to be avoided at all costs ❌

🦋 Instead, I'm slowly emerging into myself, as a renewed calm self. And with this new Presence, I hope to inspire and lead, not only myself, but also others also going through a transformation of their own.

Cortisol is not the Bad Guy it's made out to be. The truth is, you NEED cortisol to be high in the Morning, because that is what naturally wakes us up, makes us feel refreshed and alert. And without it, we wake up feeling groggy and tired and reach for the coffee.
