How can it be almost Christmas already?
It feels like the year just began — yet here we are again, surrounded by festive lights, familiar songs, and the end-of-year rush. Time flies, and amidst the busyness of life, it’s easy to put things off — especially when it comes to our health.

At this time of year, we’re often thinking about others. But don’t forget to check in with yourself, too. Whether it’s booking a routine check-up, following up on a test, or just having that conversation you’ve been meaning to have — your health matters, even during the holidays.
