Based on the philosophy of Louise L Hay, internationally renowned author and lecturer. They are two days of self discovery, healing and support from like minded participants. When people attend, they can make amazing changes for the better in their lives. They can learn to Love themselves and others more deeply. Discover their own inner power, wisdom and strengths. Discover their family dynamics, build relationships, self-esteem, emotional wellbeing and prosperity. Utilize the body mind connection to improve health and help solve body issues. Through a series of awareness exercises and meditations participants learn simple, easy to use skills which help them discover the limiting thought patterns and beliefs which can constantly sabotage their lives and prevent them from achieving their dreams. The results can be liberating and a beautiful healing experience. I believe this is the perfect gift to give yourself or a friend, as it offers all the tools you need to gently create positive and lasting change towards a happier life. The workshops are usually held on a Saturday and Sunday in my home close to Myrtleford. Our space has a great vibe, is light and roomy with a beautiful large garden to relax in. Perfect to nurture the soul. I am happy to hold workshops in other locations if desired. Filtered rain water, healthy snacks, teas and coffee are supplied. Participants are required to bring their own lunch. Registration is from 8.30am till 5pm [approx]. We will be adopting the all CV requirements for personal safety.
