Back in 2002 I stood next to a statue of the goddess Sekhmet in Egypt. I spent 4 weeks traveling through the country and even ventured deep inside the Great Pyramid. Back then I wasn’t fully awake but I always had a pull toward and a curiosity for ancient Egypt.

Fast forward to 2026, I added to my Reiki toolkit and completed a Sekham Reiki course with Abbi and was guided by Abbi through a meditation to meet Sekhmet and receive a message from her. The goddess of war and healing. Sekhmet spoke to me in a very powerful way. I feel her message has opened me up even more to being a complete clear channel.

Excited to be back! This time with my own dedicated space to offer treatments and more. Not only now am I offering reiki but also past life regression therapy and Soul Life Regression too. A fresh new space with fresh new energy. I’m excited for this next chapter 🙏💖

Looking back, I didn’t realise how un-me I was. Just existing and going through motions.

I stumbled across and Reiki in 2020 and went for a treatment. This treatment had a profound effect on me so I decided to learn level 1 Reiki. Originally it was just for my own healing.

I then went deeper and deeper, I could feel myself opening up and becoming stronger and more confident. Now, 5 years later, I have completed all levels of Reiki and am a Master Teacher. The only way I can best describe is that many light bulbs have been turned on.

My life is now happier, authentic and better.

Anyone can receive and learn Reiki. This is a beautiful gift we all have access to and I love to share it.
