Health Beat is an independently owned and family run local health food store located in the heart of Nambour. We offer an extensive range of wholefoods including grains, seeds, nuts, dried fruits, legumes and pulses in addition to superfoods and powders. We also stock a wide variety of vitamins, minerals and natural supplements, sports supplements and protein powders, natural skin care ranges, books, gifts, fridge and freezer products, natural cleaning products and so much more. At Health Beat we go that extra mile for our customers...everything from ordering in that special something to offering a tissue in a teary moment, we aim to 'make your day' and put a smile on your face. Our naturopath Ben Kashi has over 30 years experience and provides quality in-depth individual consultations in store on a Wednesday. Lynn Preece, a knowledgable nutritional therapist facilitates a weight loss clinic in store on Thursdays and also provides advice and support with a range of dietary needs.
