This week is a sad one for the Wilson Family Optom team: we say goodbye to our wonderful Katie as she and her family relocates.

Katie has been such a constant in our practice for TEN years —someone our patients know and trust, and someone we’ve all relied on every day. Her warmth, care, and attention to detail have helped shape the experience we’re so proud to offer. While it's hard to imagine the practice without her, we’re incredibly excited for what’s ahead for her family.

Katie’s final day with us will be this Thursday, so if you’re in the area this week, please pop in and wish her well—we know she’ll appreciate it.

Our Story

At Wilson Fitzpatrick Family Optometrists, we are passionate about exceptional eye care, individualised customer service, and impeccable frame design. We believe that every person we have the opportunity to interact with is unique, and so we strive to tailor our services to work for you.

Established in 1974, and continued on by optometrists Geoffrey and Deborah Fitzpatrick in 1984, Fitzpatrick Family Optometrists maintains branches in Maroochydore and Nambour on the Sunshine Coast, Longreach, and Kingaroy.

In 2018, optometrist Sarah Wilson joined the Nambour partnership to continue their dedicated work as Wilson Fitzpatrick Family Optometrists.

Today, Geoffrey and Deborah Fitzpatrick and Sarah Wilson proudly continue to provide quality care and service to their patients across the Sunshine Coast and rural Queensland.
