Classes resuming Monday 5th January 2026.
Our classes are tailored to each group of attendees, however, the below classifications serve as a rough guide to the level of our current classes.
Beginner/remedial: for people new to Pilates or seeking to correct or improve a physical deficiency.
Progressive intermediate/strengthening: for healthier individuals competent in Pilates, includes a range of strength, mobility, and injury prevention exercises.
Bookings required for all classes. This can be done by calling or texting us, or online at bodyconnect.net.au.
Additional classes starting February, coinciding with the start of NSW schools Term 1. An updated class timetable will be posted closer to the time.
