We had our final rehearsal tonight & I’m gob smacked by how far this troupe has come. Their passion, responsibility & critical thinking shines through.
This year’s headline act is “Making a Mini Musical”, created and performed by 10 of our incredible youth artists. They’re very excited to bring some stage to our community and you’re invited to witness it all! ✨🎭

☀️ Now it’s time to add our final layer to the process… welcome audience! Come and be our sun & shine light on our talented students in celebration of growth in confidence, connection & collaboration. It’s a difficult layer to peel back since we have taken time in thoughtfully cultivating a safe & supportive environment. A space for our students to show up every week as their authentic selves to practice creativity & vulnerability 🎩 So… to be invited as an onlooker to their process truly is an honour.

You’re warmly invited to 2025 Encore Showcase - a playful, quirky evening celebrating all of the magic our students have created this year.

✨ This year’s headline act is “Making a Mini Musical”, created and performed by 10 of our incredible youth artists.

🎵 Plus solo acts in the style of Musical Theatre giving you a glimpse into Trinity College of London performance examination process.

~Limited places ~

This term we will be working toward a FREE final session in a recording studio (just ask your kiddo what IRL means)

At this session along with myself and a fellow local musician, you’ll get the chance to step behind the mic, learn about studio work, and capture a collective song. We know recording for the first time can feel a bit daunting, so our focus will be on creating a fun, supportive, and confidence-boosting experience.

The Vocal Collective gives vocal students a fun, affordable, and flexible space to grow their skills, perform, write and sing with friends.

Dear Families,

We have just received support to Stage a Production at Bowraville Theatre!

Tuesday afternoons at the Theatre are now just $10 per participant per week!!

This is massive news for all involved from arts facilitators, families, and the greater community. Our Youth have told me directly - this is what they want! So join us in staging a production!

While this has been a long time coming, this is a reminder that funding has it’s own last-minute-kind-of-way of finding us. Let’s embrace it as it doesn’t always come around often.

Today at Bowraville Theatre with our troupe we lit up the stage and explored basic lighting techniques & how they enhance the expression on stage / in story.

✨ Brand new equipment ! What a space ! So excited to stage play here more often.
