High Protein Brekkie - leftover chicken taco mince (heaps of veggies) with some veggie patch greens and our own 🐓 boiled eggs. Having leftover curry with veggies, savoury mince, bolognese mince with eggs is a great option for brekkie.

This week I completed the Nourished Gut Practitioner Fundamentals Course 🙌.

14hrs of CPE points on all things digestion, microbiomes, constipation, loose stools, bloating, IBS, IBD, SIBO, and lots of talk about fibre.

What you eat and your body’s ability to breakdown food into nutrients influences all areas of your health. Energy production, autoimmune disease, mental health, your ability to repair, and disease prevention all require your digestive system to be working properly. I also snuck in another amazing webinar on Grave’s Disease this week because I love all things thyroid.

Local NG General Store Finds - these Byron Bay Lemonade Icy Poles are everything they promise. 💯 pure lemonade juice which is sweet and sour bliss for those that can eat lemonades straight from the tree (not for everyone). The other 💯 organic Feel Good choc coated bananas were also a hit. Find them in the ice cream fridge at the front of the NG General Store.
