Tragically, every year over 65,000 Australians attempt to take their own life and over 3,000 Australians die by su***de💔

Lifeline receives over 1 million contacts from people in crisis each year 🌒
I recently took part in "Out of the Shadows" and walked for the 9 people lost to su***de every day🚶‍♀️
Funds raised are for Lifeline to provide su***de prevention services and support for Australians in need 🫂

Today is World Su***de Prevention Day...

Over the next 7 days, I'm walking 63km in Out of the Shadows Walk for the 63 Australians who lose their lives to su***de every week.

My challenge starts today, and I'm walking to remember those lives we've lost and to raise funds to support Australians in crisis. 💙
