Weigh in everyday, no emotion….it’s a very small part of the picture but an important one!

You will get used to it, it’s like anything hard but the more you do it and the more your coach can educate you on why it’s doing what it’s doing the better.

It truly helps us pivot your journey and intervene when we have to because we can see things in your chart you can’t…….yet!

Sedentary Death Syndrome (SeDS) is a term used to describe the serious health risks associated with a sedentary lifestyle.
Sedentary Behavior Impacts Health
(The “Syndrome”) is associated with
Increased risk of chronic diseases:
SeDS increases the risk of developing obesity, diabetes (especially Type 2), heart disease, certain cancers, and other serious health problems.

A sedentary lifestyle leads to various negative physiological effects, including decreased calorie burning, loss of muscle strength and endurance, weakened bones, impaired metabolism, reduced immune function, and poor blood circulation.
Inactivity can also impact mental well-being, increasing the risk of depression and anxiety.
“movement as the pill” reinforces the transformative power of physical activity to combat these risks and promote a longer, healthier life.
Research suggests that regular exercise can help reverse the damage caused by a sedentary lifestyle, particularly for the heart.
Studies show improvements in cardiovascular health and reduced risk of heart failure, even for those who start exercising later in life.
movement is a foundational skill you’ve had since the minute you were born. We simply need to re-harness the power of what we have always done to save us from the ravages of chronic disease.

Everyone has excuses.

The difference is whether you build a system around them — or hide behind them!

Motivation is unreliable.
Momentum isn’t.

Most people under-eat protein and overeat snacks.

Then blame willpower.

Try fixing the basics first.

💬 DM “PROTEIN” if you want a simple daily target.

We don’t sell motivation.

We build systems.

Training. Nutrition. Accountability.
Built around busy lives — not perfect ones.

My Story

Hi there, I’m now thinking this would be a good time to introduce myself and to tell you a little bit about my journey to where I am today, now wanting to help people like you to become a better version of yourself.

So I was always the fat kid, not obese, but chubby. My mother told me a story only as I was much older that she always wanted us to have plenty of really nice food available to us as she never had food as a priority in her life growing up…. I took full advantage of that 😊

In my primary school years, growing up in the 80’sand 90’s we were always outside and being active. I was good at sport and gave everything a go so I was never given grief for being chubby. Although we had the Sega Megadrives and the Playstations, the worst punishment for me was being grounded and not allowed outside to play with the neighbourhood kids. Depending on the season, rugby and soccer in winter, or cricket in summer, I would cry at the window watching all the other kids playing in the street.

So I was active but I always ate big portions at meal times as I loved food. I remember always having milo, nesquick, assorted cream biscuits and bread in the cupboard – which were all abused at times in large quantities. In that era it was all about fat being bad so in our house we had low-fat everything… yoghurt, cream, milk… but we now know that when the fat is taken away it has to be replaced with something else to make it taste good, which is sugar, so everyone including my younger self had s**t loads of low-fat dairy.
