Semi-private sessions in our studio gym with no more than four clients training in one session so that you receive a more personalised program. PLUS, nutrition consultations and guidance from our fully qualified Nutritionist. If you are in our local area, we would love to have you at our private personal training studio gym, servicing areas of Narangba, Burpengary, North Lakes, Dakabin, Morayfield, Mango Hill, Petrie, Kallangur, Deception Bay and beyond!

When Miss C first came to us, motivation was low and fast food was on repeat. She wanted to lose body fat, get fitter, and chase her dream of becoming a firefighter — but didn’t know where to start.

We built her fitness from the ground up (beep test included), cleaned up her nutrition, and helped her find simple ways to eat better even while living at home. Before long, her whole family was feeling the difference too — funny how that works.

She came to us suffering mental issues which never go away but can be managed by implementing good nutrition and exercise. She wanted to feel healthier lose body fat and get strong for her family and her kids. well, she’s done that and has now even gone onto working in the health spaces as well. She put in the work she got the results and learn how to do it for the rest of our life. Super proud of you.❤️🙌🏼☺️

My Story

Hi there, I’m now thinking this would be a good time to introduce myself and to tell you a little bit about my journey to where I am today, now wanting to help people like you to become a better version of yourself.

So I was always the fat kid, not obese, but chubby. My mother told me a story only as I was much older that she always wanted us to have plenty of really nice food available to us as she never had food as a priority in her life growing up…. I took full advantage of that 😊

In my primary school years, growing up in the 80’sand 90’s we were always outside and being active. I was good at sport and gave everything a go so I was never given grief for being chubby. Although we had the Sega Megadrives and the Playstations, the worst punishment for me was being grounded and not allowed outside to play with the neighbourhood kids. Depending on the season, rugby and soccer in winter, or cricket in summer, I would cry at the window watching all the other kids playing in the street.

So I was active but I always ate big portions at meal times as I loved food. I remember always having milo, nesquick, assorted cream biscuits and bread in the cupboard – which were all abused at times in large quantities. In that era it was all about fat being bad so in our house we had low-fat everything… yoghurt, cream, milk… but we now know that when the fat is taken away it has to be replaced with something else to make it taste good, which is sugar, so everyone including my younger self had s**t loads of low-fat dairy.
