Why is it important to make sure your cleaner has training, and insurance?

This photo was shared to a cleaners page this week as a ‘what should I do guys? moment. The cleaner was untrained, uninsured, new to cleaning, and no idea what they were doing with caustic chemicals in a clients home.
They laughed about messing this up.
They wiped this mess up, and hid their mistake.
As a very experienced cleaner, I can say with 100% confidence that the finish on that floor is ruined. The home owner/tenant will most likely not notice for a while, and this cleaner is hoping and praying for that!

The lesson here:
Don’t trust the new solo cleaner in town, with your pride and joy. No insurance, no knowledge, no training, no care.

All of our cleaners are run through a 1:1 training program and induction. We are fully insured for accidents and injuries that could occur within your home.
