Cancer Care Classes Saturdays at Mango Hill Community Centre.

These Yoga classes are created specifically for those affected by cancer - whether you’re in treatment, recovering, or caring for someone with cancer. These sessions emphasise gentle movement, breath-work, and emotional wellbeing, in a place where you can connect with others in a supportive environment. Park Yoga Classes start back up again this coming Thursday 31st July in the Caboolture Town Square. Plenty of shade under tree and undercover area if raining. Cost this term is $4 and payable on the day. There will be a QR code to scan to enter your card details.
