I am a Level 2 Instructor of Yoga Australia with 700+ hours of training to include Hatha Vinyasa, Chair, Restorative, Yin, Trauma Sensitive Yoga & Children's Yoga. I am trained in Hatha Vinyasa, Chair, Restorative, Yin and Children's Yoga. I am also a qualified Meditation Teacher and an Ayurveda Lifestyle Coach.
