Feeling incredibly grateful this morning 🤍✨

Heather and I are so thankful for this beautiful review from our Friday night Hypnosis & Sound Healing session. Nights like these truly remind us why we do what we do. The energy in the room, the deep relaxation, the connection, and the gentle conversations afterwards made it such a special experience for everyone involved.

We feel so honoured to hold space that feels safe, welcoming and deeply nourishing, and to watch it naturally turn into something more than just a session… a little community coming together 🌿
