1️⃣ Neck Stretch
* Gentle neck side stretch
* Relax shoulders
* Hold each side for 10–15 seconds
2️⃣ Cat–Camel Stretch
* Move slowly with your breath
* Repeat 6–10 times
* Mobilises the spine

* Sit tall with your legs crossed
