Traditional rehab programs often include generic at-home exercise programs with infrequent face-to-face sessions leaving you feeling unsupported and unsure of your progress. Here at Bounce Back, we believe there’s a better way! It’s not good enough to get you out of pain and back to how you were before. Our collaborative team of Physios, Osteos, Chiros, Exercise Physiologists and Psychologists are passionate about finding your ‘why’ and working with you to find your strengths, weaknesses and goals, whether they be performing at your best in sport or life. We utilise the latest research and technology to identify the specifics of your injury and how you move. All of this information is used to tailor a management plan just for you! We eat together, play together and most importantly - learn and grow together, sharing our experiences and knowledge to ensure each of our patients get the quality treatment they deserve. Tendinopathy is a term we use a lot in the clinic, but what does it actually mean?

It’s a general term for any issue or disorder affecting a tendon, the tissue that connects muscle to bone. Most commonly, it’s caused by overuse or repetitive strain, leading to tiny tears that your body struggles to repair fast enough.

This can result in:
⚡️ Pain and stiffness
💪🏼 Weakness in the affected area
🚫 Reduced mobility or function

You might have heard of common examples like:
Tennis or Golfer’s Elbow
Achilles Tendinopathy
Rotator Cuff injuries

The good news?
With the right management, including load modification, strengthening, and technique correction, tendinopathies can recover well and often come back stronger.
