Earlier this month, it was World Keratoconus day. Keratoconus is a condition that begins in young adults where the front surface tissue of the eye, the cornea, thins out over time. The condition is commonly associated with eye rubbing and genetics leading to blurry, distorted vision and impacting the quality of life of 1 in 84 young Australians.
