Let’s introduce our lovely Aimee✨
Aimee took the step to become a Pilates instructor after discovering how perfectly pilates blends strength, flow and creativity. She loved the idea of helping people feel more connected, build strength and confidence in their bodies through mindful movement.
Her teaching style is warm, encouraging and a little bit spicy.
One of Aimee’s favourite moves to do is feet-in-straps (or honestly, anything long and stretchy)
Outside of the studio Aimee loves spending time by the water, walking her doggos or growing her collection of house plants.

New to Reformer Pilates?

Wanting to give it a go?

Know we have all been there before.. Trying something new can be daunting.

I’m here to guide you, ease your way into class, classes are small with a maximum of 6ppl in each class so you will get attention and support where needed.

This community is welcoming YOU, because we have all been that newbie.

And we don’t want you to miss out on building strength, reducing pain, increasing flexibility, improving your energy and finding a new enjoyable way to move your body..

So lets do it.

Last night I had the most enjoyable opportunity to run a private session for a whole family..

What a great way to bond, have family time and also help show the importance of movement and health to their family

The group varied in ages from Nan, Mum and Dad, to young and older children.

It was also a great way to show the children age is no limit on ability or strength

What do you do for family time?
