Just sharing if anyone else may need reminding. πŸ’š

Hip Openener.

For quite a few months now. I have had lower back pain which until then I'd not experienced this. To the point that it was impacting not only my daily walking, also my sleep as it was so painful.
It was also feeling like sciatic pain, then radiating randomly from part of the right leg tp sometimes the whole leg/lower back. As I'm prone to stubbornness πŸ€”πŸ˜±
I wss not taking my own advice and not taking anything for the pain.
Anyway due to more sitting in one spot a lot more than usual last year. Oh I did apply an ice and or heat pack πŸ‘after a good ah 8 month's on I went to a chiropractor where I certainly found relief. And that due to poor posture etc over many years my left hip is slightly out.
Thanks if your still reading.
Then the newly found chiropractor left that location. So now after then seeing my Dr blah blah I stopped to ask myself what is this? I feel it's a combination of muscle tension which leaving pain unattended will cause, along with very tight hip flexors, weak core and glute muscles.
πŸ€”πŸ™ so this is one great posture to practice regularly to open the hips.
Butterfly pose ( Badhakonasana)

Moral of the story. Don't be like Ali and leave pain for so long untreated.
