I’m building a life of freedom — on my own terms.
For my boys. For my peace.
For every woman who’s ever wondered if she could start over and rise again.
This isn’t just business for me.
It’s purpose.
I’ve walked through loss, burnout, and starting again from nothing.
I’ve been the one holding it all together — the bills, the emotions, the dreams — and still showing up with heart.
That’s where Essential Health & Wellbeing was born.
Because health isn’t just about the body.
It’s the full picture — Physical, Financial, Spiritual, and Time Health — the balance that lets us live fully and freely.

💫 MY STORY
I’ve worked hard my whole life — from long shifts on the railways to leading teams around the world in wellness and business.
I’ve built and rebuilt, more than once.
Through it all, I’ve raised two incredible boys — Levi and Jake — and added one four-legged tornado named Ruby, who keeps me laughing and grounded. 🐾
There’s been grit, tears, and growth.
But also beauty — in finding myself again, in helping others heal, and in showing my boys that strength can be soft too.
Now, I’m focused on helping others find their version of freedom:
🌸 Heal inflammation — in the body and in life.
💰 Build income streams that feel aligned, not exhausting.
