Tired, sore and stressed out? Studies of the benefits of massage demonstrate that it is an effective treatment for reducing stress, pain and muscle tension.

Most people would agree a massage makes them feel good, many probably don't realize exactly how good a regular massage is for their overall health. Types of Massage offered here are:

Swedish massage - This is a gentle form of massage that uses long strokes, kneading, deep
circular movements, to help relax and energize you. Deep tissue massage. This massage technique uses slower, more-forceful strokes to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, commonly to help with muscle damage from injuries. Trigger point massage. This massage focuses on areas of tight muscle fibers that can form in your muscles
after injuries or overuse. Massage or Reiki prices:
1hr treatments will be charged at $60
1/2hr treatments will be charged at $40
1 hour massage + ½ hour Reiki at $90

A little life update ✨

I've had a few messages now asking about when I'll be back at it so I just wanted to let everyone know I’ve made the decision to not return to work this year. As much as I miss you all and doing what I love my heart is guiding me to slow down, be present and soak up all the moments with our last little man who is already 3 ½ months old 🥹🩵

👶🏼 - IT'S OFFICIAL - 👶🏼

It’s officially time to hang up the towels! Next week will be my last before I head off on maternity leave to prepare for the arrival of our sweet baby boy in 2 months time. 🩵

I’m feeling all the emotions—excited, grateful, and yes, a little teary saying “see you later” to all my amazing clients. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support, kindness, and trust. It’s been such a joy to be part of your wellness journey, and I’ll miss our sessions more than you know.

Wishing you all relaxation and good vibes while I’m away. I can’t wait to introduce you to the newest (and tiniest) member of my world soon!

I have passed on the details to most clients of two beautiful women who I recommend but please reach out if I've missed you and I will be happy to send them through 🙌🏻

- A LITTLE UPDATE - 🤍

Firstly, a big thank you to everyone for a great start to the year! 🙏🏻 Always grateful for the support!

As the 6 month mark of my pregnancy is creeping up I have made a few changes with my bookings. My evening appointments are currently booked out until mid March so I have made the decision to turn off the booking system to avoid these going too far ahead. For the next couple of weeks if you would like to book in during the day could you please message me for availability so we can work something out.
I am currently sailing along nicely and still enjoying seeing as many clients as possible and as much as I would love to keep filling up the calendar I am doing my best to avoid disappointment as I just don't know how I will be feeling or when I will be needing to cut back.

I appreciate the understanding and look forward to seeing as many of you as possible before this little guys arrival 🩵

With the school holidays over and done with my calendar has opened right up again 🙌🏻

- AND THATS A WRAP -

Last night saw me laying down the towels for the last time this year! I am very much looking forward to the Christmas break with the family and hope everyone enjoys their time to relax with loved ones 🎄🫶🏼

For those who I haven't seen yet, we have a little Christmas surprise to share 🤭 We are adding the final piece to our fam in June next year 🤍

Things will obviously look a bit different around here as I navigate the new year but I will definitely keep everyone posted.

With the weeks flying by now until the end of the year I thought I would jump on to let everyone know I will be closing next Wednesday the 18th 🎅🏻

I only have a handful of appointments left so if you would like to get in before the end of year madness please let me know! All my evenings are full but reach out if you are wanting to be popped on the cancellation list and I will try my very best to accommodate 🙌🏻
