This is a FREE family-friendly all abilities event and everyone of all ages is welcome

Today is R U OK? Day, for those who may not be familiar with RU OK Day, this is a day marked each year to check in with a friend, a colleague, a family member or someone to may be standing next to at Coles, and ask that person - "Hey, are you OK?"
Many of us ask the question in passing and there is no real focus on actually listening to the response.
Today is different. Today is a day to stop and really ask the question, with meaning and with the focus on the person and what they have to say in return. It's a day when we spend time to hear how that person is and prompt more discussion and encouragement to access the variety of supports and services available for those that may need a little extra help.
Today will be a great day to start a conversation in a meaningful way.
So, RU OK? No, really....RU OK?
