My January read - The Resilience Project

I really enjoyed this book - I find gratitude is something I come back to when I am struggling. An inspiring read 🧡

I had a very similar experience when I travelled to Nepal and hiked the Himalayas. I was hit by the pure happiness and joy these people had even though they live in poverty. I am forever changed by this experience

I make my hot chocolate with coconut milk, water and cacao. You could add collagen for protein but I follow mine with a high protein breakfast, this morning is scrambled eggs with left over veges

These muffins are loaded with zucchini (I have SO many in my garden right now!), spinach, banana, butter beans, almond butter - they have been a real winner!

These are gluten free, dairy free and sweetened with maple syrup. I find muffins are a great way to add in extra nutrients

It is all about preservation to maintain our bones health and prevent osteoporosis.

We get our D3 from the sun - enjoy lots of walks outside
Include calcium from sardines with the bones, tahini, chia seeds and dairy
K2 is sourced from fermented soy bean products like nato, but it is actually produced by our gut bacteria!
Weight bearing exercise encourages our bones to stay strong.
