Harmonious Heart Meditation and Mindfulness classes. I’m so excited to be able to offer community meditation classes, and share with you the amazing benefits.

I will be guiding a variety of techniques such as relaxation, mindfulness, mantra, sound and loving-kindness. Everyone is welcome and no previous experience is required. This is a wonderful opportunity to take some time out for yourself. Looking forward to meditating with you,

Last year I ended up in the city with a beautiful friend of mine. I remained quite calm (practicing acceptance) and she took this photo to show my family.
When I later looked at it and zoomed in, I saw a beautiful message- ‘breathe’
