Pregnancy Reformer Variations, using the Foam Back Rest ✨🧘‍♀️

Pilates during pregnancy is all about support, alignment, and comfort, and the foam back rest is your best friend for that! 💕

Using the back rest allows you to modify traditional reformer movements, keeping your spine supported and avoiding prolonged lying on your back. These variations help maintain strength, stability, and mobility safely throughout your pregnancy. 💪

Always work within your comfort zone and check with your physio or instructor for personalised modifications. 🌸

Let’s talk about moving safely during pregnancy! 🤰✨

Most women can (and should!) stay active, as long as it’s safe for you and your baby. Aim for 150–300 minutes per week of movement you enjoy! Walking, swimming, light strength work, or Pilates are all great options. 🏃‍♀️💪

Remember to avoid high-risk activities (like contact sports, hot yoga, or heavy lifting) and always check with your GP or physio if you’re unsure. 💬

Movement is medicine, even during pregnancy! 🌸

Menopause is a natural stage of life, not a medical condition. 🌸

While symptoms like hot flushes, sleep changes, and mood shifts can be challenging, lifestyle factors (nutrition, exercise, stress management) play a big role in how you experience this transition.

Knowledge = power. Talking openly about menopause helps break the stigma and gives women the support they deserve. 💛

🌿 Let’s talk about menopause 🌿

Menopause isn’t just the end of a menstrual cycle, it’s a major hormonal shift that can affect bone density, heart health, mood, and sleep.

During this stage, estrogen and progesterone levels drop, which is why strength training, good nutrition, and stress management are so important. 🏋️‍♀️🥦💤

Every woman’s experience is different, but with the right lifestyle support, you can stay strong, healthy, and confident through this transition. 💪✨

✨ NEW MINI SERIES ✨

We’re excited to launch our Women’s Health Mini Series: A space to open the conversation, share knowledge, and support women through every stage of life.

Our first topic? Menopause.

A stage that impacts every woman differently, yet is often spoken about far too little. Over the coming weeks, we’ll be diving into what menopause really is, the changes it brings, and strategies to support your health and wellbeing during this transition.
This is about empowering women with knowledge, breaking down stigma, and reminding you that you don’t have to go through it alone. 💛

👉 Follow along and join the conversation. Let’s talk women’s health openly, together.

Shoulder pain holding you back? 🧍‍♀️🧍‍♂️

Shoulder osteoarthritis (OA) can make everyday tasks — like reaching up, brushing your hair, or getting dressed — feel difficult and painful. But movement really can make a difference.
✨ Exercise is one of the most effective ways to:

✔️ Improve strength

✔️ Maintain mobility

✔️ Support recovery if you’re preparing for surgery
Our team can help you manage symptoms with a targeted program — whether you’re looking to avoid surgery or prepare for one. Laura’s go-to exercises for Shoulder OA include pendulum swings, wall slides, and shoulder rolls — simple movements that support real results.
