Classes Offered


  • Yoga flow ​with Janette - Monday and Thursday 9.30 am - 11 am This class gives you a wonderful workout as well as incorporating breathing and meditation into the practice. Warming up first before flowing and deepening the pose. Janette gives lots of modifications so that everyone can do this class. You are encouraged to go at your own pace for comfort and safety. We have fun connecting to our body and breath as we stretch, strengthen and balance. ​Finishing in deep relaxation allows you to feel the benefits of the whole practice. ​Being soothed by the sound of quartz crystal bowls.

  • Hatha flow Yoga with Rocky -Suspended for now This class is a stronger flow class that will get your energy moving. Starting in relaxation letting go and bring you into the present moment . Moving into warm ups allowing the body to warm, open and prepare for the flowing practice. Moving from pose to pose then holding and releasing each pose. Using the breath to create a smooth transition, connecting the body and mind in a moving meditation. Bringing you into a state of inner connection. We finish in complete relaxation with the sound of quartz crystal bowls that will take you to a place of bliss . This 90mins practice will leave you feeling strengthened, connected calm, peaceful and relaxed.

  • Restorative Yoga ​with Janette -Tuesday 9.30 - 11 am ​Wednesday 9.30 - 11 am and ​6.30- 8 pm
  • A very gentle form of yoga using props such as bolsters and cushions creating ease and comfort to help open the body to deeply relax and revitalise. Creating a feeling of well-being, rebalance, inner peace and calmness. Encourages flexibility and de-stresses the body, mind and soul. This practice is recommended for everyone, whether you are busy, stressed, recovering from illness or injury. ​Especially if you want to feel nurtured, nourished, rested and recharged. In a supported relaxing atmosphere it brings you into a conscious state of letting go and surrendering.
