About Us:

We deliver high-quality Supported Independent Living (SIL) and social community services, including personal care, ensuring participants receive person-centred support that promotes choice and control.
About the Role:
We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers to join our team. The successful candidates will provide person-centred support in daily living, personal care, community access, and skill development within both home and community environments. This role involves supporting participants across our SIL and community service divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, individualised support to NDIS participants in SIL.
Assist with personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, and medication management.
Support participants in achieving their goals and increasing their independence.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in line with NDIS requirements.
Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
Work collaboratively as part of a team.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Disability Support Worker.
Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services, or willingness to obtain.
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC).
Valid Driver’s Licence.
Police Check (issued within the last 6 months).
Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and person-centred support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable:
Experience supporting individuals with high physical needs and/or complex behaviours.
Manual Handling and Medication Training.
