Dinner prep in action! 🍽️
Beef Stroganoff was the meal of choice for this session. While making it completely from scratch wasn’t on the cards, a compromise was reached — adding two cups of veggies to boost the nutrition. Frozen spinach made a surprise appearance too; a quick, easy, and very well-hidden veggie option! 😄
A great session focused on practical cooking skills, teamwork, and finding simple ways to make everyday meals a little healthier. 🥦✨
