Breeze enjoys practicing Pilates and creating mindful yet challenging flows, as well as playing and walking her dog Olive in her spare time.

With years of experience in Pilates she decided to take her passion to the next level and create a fulfilling career, empowering and providing a safe space for everyone in the room.

Her teaching style is definitely spicy and focusing on building up layers on simple & effective moves.

💕Meet our new instructor - Tiarne 💕

Tiarne brings a strong foundation in movement, with 11 years of technical dance training and 4 years of dedicated dance teaching experience.

She’s fully qualified in both Mat and Reformer through Studio Pilates and also holds her Certificate III & IV in Performing Arts.

Her dance background gives her a unique eye for alignment, fluidity, and control — qualities that shine through in every class she teaches.

You’ll find Tiarne leading dynamic, flowing sessions that blend strength, precision, and creativity. Her warm energy and supportive teaching style make clients feel confident, encouraged, and empowered every time they step onto the reformer.
