Shari Ware

Shari Ware Walking with you to a healthier, organic life. 🌱 Empower and evolve daily with S.T.E.P.S. 🚀 There is so much more to it than that.

I am Shari Ware, a busy mum who spent many years putting everyone else ahead of myself because I believed that everyone else was more important than me and that I wasn’t deserving. It led me to a place where I was over 180 kg and in a world of pain physically, mentally and emotionally, whilst portraying the stereotypical picture of being “fat and happy” to the world. Back in 2010, after many years of being morbidly obese, I finally found my “WHY Power” which enabled me to make changes, one at a time, to release 100kg. I learned so much on my journey and one of the biggest things I learned is that it’s not about “eating less and moving more”. I empower and support busy mums just like yourself, to implement small daily healthy changes in their lives by using neuroscience to hack their brains. I’ll help you to understand why you do what you do and how to use habit science to create healthy habits in your life that serve you and to stop unhealthy habits that aren’t, in a way that’s easy, sustainable and FUN! I’ll help you to learn to love yourself along the way so that you continue to do what you need to do for you, without feeling selfish or guilty….even if it sounds impossible to you right now….enabling you to give so much more from your overflowing cup.

First glow from my balcony. 🌅

Even a grey sunset can still hold soft colour. 🌇

Research suggests music in the morning can support a more positive mood. 🎧

It made me think…

What we let in early shapes how the day feels later.

What’s the first thing you let in each morning?

01/03/2026

Grey start to the day. 🌅

And then the sky matched my heart. 🌇

Back home with my girl and my grandfurbaby.

It won’t be for long.
But I’ll savour every second — even the cleaning ones. 😆

Some sunsets just feel like home. 🤍

What makes somewhere feel like home to you?

01/03/2026

Grey skies this morning. 🌅

It was time to say goodbye to Bella, Bailey and Richard.

Bella, bossy and demanding. 🐾
Bailey, beautiful and gentle. 🤍
Richard… who chose a cooler bag as his final throne. 😆

The sky stayed grey at sunset too. 🌇

Connection doesn’t leave just because I do.

Every house sit reminds me how quickly love grows.

Have you ever been surprised by how quickly you formed a connection?

The sunrise was mostly grey this morning.
🌅
If you looked closely though, there was a faint tinge of colour pushing through.
By sunset, the sky was a completely different story.
🌇
There’s research suggesting that replacing scrolling with light movement like stretching is associated with better physical and mental health outcomes.
💜
It doesn’t have to be intense.
Just a small shift.
😊
Grey to glow.
Scroll to stretch.

What do you usually reach for first thing — your phone or a stretch?
🤍

26/02/2026

Running late.
Almost missed it. 🌅

But the soft colour was still there. ✨
And then — a bird in flight. Winning. 🕊️

I nearly missed sunset too. Again.
Caught the last gentle colour lingering… and the half moon waiting in the opposite sky. 🌇🌙

Sometimes beauty doesn’t disappear just because we’re late.

Still there. 🤍

25/02/2026

I thought I’d missed the colour at sunrise. 🌅
And again at sunset.

Both times I was wrong.

The light was still there.
And at sunset, the half moon was already showing her beautiful face. 🌇🌙

It reminded me how often we think we’ve missed something — the moment, the opportunity, the habit.

And then we realise… we haven’t.

This fresh batch of liquid gold is proof. ✨
Bone broth is one habit I’ve kept fairly consistent, even while moving house to house and working with whatever equipment I can find.

Resourceful beats perfect.

Consistency is connection. 🤍

Sunrise was grey and drizzly. 🌧️
The kind of morning that matches a full schedule.

The day was so busy I almost missed sunset. I stepped out just as the last smidge of colour was fading, and the crescent moon was already there. 🌇🌙

Did you know research links cluttered environments with elevated stress hormones, including cortisol?

When our surroundings feel chaotic, the brain reads it as unfinished business. That increases cognitive load and makes it harder to focus.

More organised spaces are associated with lower stress markers and clearer thinking.

Busy days happen.
But creating order — even small pockets of it — helps the mind settle. 🤍

23/02/2026

Sunrise this morning was grey. 🌫️
Not a skerrick of colour anywhere.

And then sunset happened. 🌅

It’s funny how the day can hold both —
flat and breathtaking — within the same 24 hours.

Worth the wait. 🤍

22/02/2026

Early colour at sunrise. 🌅

Moving day means packing everything up, doing the laundry, cleaning the house so it’s fresh for the pet parents, and then saying goodbye.

Goodbye, beautiful Bella. 🤍

She loved my bed. She owned it, really.

By the end of the day, I was saying hello to Bailey the Rotty, another Bella the Staffy, and Richard the cat. 🐾

Sunset behind the trees. 🌇
Endings and beginnings.

21/02/2026

Colour at sunrise.
🌅
Colour again at sunset.
🌇
Research shows that morning light exposure supports circadian rhythm alignment, while light movement increases alertness and dopamine activity.
😊
Starting the day with light and movement before device use has been linked to steadier energy and improved focus compared to beginning with screens.

Small shift. Evidence-backed impact.
🤍

20/02/2026

Soft colour to begin the day. 🌅

By evening, the sun slipped behind the trees and lit them from within. 🌳🌇

It’s beautiful how light doesn’t force its way through.
It just finds an opening. 🤍
