Shari Ware

Shari Ware Walking with you to a healthier, organic life. 🌱 Empower and evolve daily with S.T.E.P.S. 🚀 There is so much more to it than that.

I am Shari Ware, a busy mum who spent many years putting everyone else ahead of myself because I believed that everyone else was more important than me and that I wasn’t deserving. It led me to a place where I was over 180 kg and in a world of pain physically, mentally and emotionally, whilst portraying the stereotypical picture of being “fat and happy” to the world. Back in 2010, after many years of being morbidly obese, I finally found my “WHY Power” which enabled me to make changes, one at a time, to release 100kg. I learned so much on my journey and one of the biggest things I learned is that it’s not about “eating less and moving more”. I empower and support busy mums just like yourself, to implement small daily healthy changes in their lives by using neuroscience to hack their brains. I’ll help you to understand why you do what you do and how to use habit science to create healthy habits in your life that serve you and to stop unhealthy habits that aren’t, in a way that’s easy, sustainable and FUN! I’ll help you to learn to love yourself along the way so that you continue to do what you need to do for you, without feeling selfish or guilty….even if it sounds impossible to you right now….enabling you to give so much more from your overflowing cup.

Sunrise this morning was grey. 🌫️
Not a skerrick of colour anywhere.

And then sunset happened. 🌅

It’s funny how the day can hold both —
flat and breathtaking — within the same 24 hours.

Worth the wait. 🤍

Early colour at sunrise. 🌅

Moving day means packing everything up, doing the laundry, cleaning the house so it’s fresh for the pet parents, and then saying goodbye.

Goodbye, beautiful Bella. 🤍

She loved my bed. She owned it, really.

By the end of the day, I was saying hello to Bailey the Rotty, another Bella the Staffy, and Richard the cat. 🐾

Sunset behind the trees. 🌇
Endings and beginnings.

Colour at sunrise.
🌅
Colour again at sunset.
🌇
Research shows that morning light exposure supports circadian rhythm alignment, while light movement increases alertness and dopamine activity.
😊
Starting the day with light and movement before device use has been linked to steadier energy and improved focus compared to beginning with screens.

Small shift. Evidence-backed impact.
🤍

Soft colour to begin the day. 🌅

By evening, the sun slipped behind the trees and lit them from within. 🌳🌇

It’s beautiful how light doesn’t force its way through.
It just finds an opening. 🤍

19/02/2026

Bold colour at sunrise. 🌅

By sunset, I had to hunt for the light through the trees. 🌇

I went to the toilet in the early hours of the morning, and Bella decided my pillow was hers. 🐾

I used to be
“No dogs on the bed.”

Now I quietly shift over and make space.

Connection changes things. 🤍

Soft colour at sunrise. 🌅

Morning light sets your rhythm.
Your brain responds immediately.

By sunset, there was more colour. 🌇
Evening light closes the loop.

New Year.
New cycle. 🧧
Your body runs on them daily. 🤍

17/02/2026

Soft colour at sunrise. 🌅
Nothing dramatic. Just gentle.

By sunset, the sky had found a little more courage. 🌇

Sometimes the day unfolds like that.
Quietly.
Beautifully.

Grey at sunrise. 🌫️
Grey again by sunset. 🌥️

But meet Bella. 🤍🐾
My latest furbaby charge.

Some days don’t bring colour in the sky.
They bring it in other ways.

Connection has a way of doing that. 🤍

The colour was trying to break through the grey at sunrise. 🌫️
It didn’t quite make it.
But the light was still there.

Even grey light supports dopamine.

Later, I caught a bird mid-flight. 🐦
Light + movement.

Sunset?
Grey again. 🌥️
Still counts.

And Valentine’s Day with my daughter?
Plenty of colour there. 🤍

14/02/2026

Yesterday’s sunrise arrived in soft grey. 🌫️
The sunset matched it. 🌥️
Today’s the day people talk about love. ❤️
So here’s the reminder: you count too. 🤍
It’s how you show up for yourself.
Not just today.
Every day.

Gorgeous colour at sunrise. 🌅
Birds in motion. 🐦
Moon still hanging on. 🌙
A backyard full of kangaroos thanks to a sunrise recruit in training. 🦘😄
Stormy skies by evening. 🌩️
Lightning too quick.
Tiny bird still a win. 🐦
Still beautiful. Just different.
