Shari Ware

Shari Ware Walking with you to a healthier, organic life. 🌱 Empower and evolve daily with S.T.E.P.S. 🚀 There is so much more to it than that.

I am Shari Ware, a busy mum who spent many years putting everyone else ahead of myself because I believed that everyone else was more important than me and that I wasn’t deserving. It led me to a place where I was over 180 kg and in a world of pain physically, mentally and emotionally, whilst portraying the stereotypical picture of being “fat and happy” to the world. Back in 2010, after many years of being morbidly obese, I finally found my “WHY Power” which enabled me to make changes, one at a time, to release 100kg. I learned so much on my journey and one of the biggest things I learned is that it’s not about “eating less and moving more”. I empower and support busy mums just like yourself, to implement small daily healthy changes in their lives by using neuroscience to hack their brains. I’ll help you to understand why you do what you do and how to use habit science to create healthy habits in your life that serve you and to stop unhealthy habits that aren’t, in a way that’s easy, sustainable and FUN! I’ll help you to learn to love yourself along the way so that you continue to do what you need to do for you, without feeling selfish or guilty….even if it sounds impossible to you right now….enabling you to give so much more from your overflowing cup.

Beautiful colour at sunrise.

Sunset made me work for it. Just a thin streak of colour hiding away, like it didn’t want to be found.

The moon stepped in though. Big, bright, and impossible to miss.

Light like this isn’t just nice to look at. It actually helps set your body clock for the day ahead.

Did you get any natural light this morning?

A sky full of colour this morning set the tone for the whole day.

A quick walk turned into a pause moment with the most beautiful flowers.

Then sunset stepped in with bold colour, and just when it felt complete, the moon appeared to finish it off.

It’s always there. Just waiting to be noticed.

A Sunday that didn’t need anything fancy to feel good. 🌅

Fresh air, a walk by the water, and time to just be present in the moment.

Little things like this really do add up more than we realise. ☕

And yes… someone slept very well after all that exploring 😄 🐾

Grey sunrise… still beautiful. 🌅

Still got moving…

By sunset, the colour showed up. 🌇

Did you know that light + movement = a natural dopamine boost?

Caught a little colour at sunrise. 🌅

Took Ezzie for a sunset walk…

Then something stopped me in my tracks.

Golden light reflecting across a house, framed perfectly by a tree. 🌇

Sometimes the most beautiful moments are the ones you almost walk past.

Almost missed sunrise… but I caught a hint of colour. 🌅

Sunset put on a show — clouds tried to take over, but the sun pushed through. 🌇

And this is Ezzie. 🐾

As long as he’s touching someone, he’s happy.

A little colour showed up at sunrise. 🌅

I thought I’d missed sunset… but it was just hiding and I found it. 🌇

Sometimes the good stuff is there — you just have to look a little harder.

Even simple habits like bone broth can support your body in ways you don’t always see.

First sunrise at Henley Beach… and it brought colour with it. 🌅

The moon stayed quietly in the sky through the day. 🌙

Sunset showed off again…

And the moon was still there, shining brightly after dark.

My last sunrise with little Tilly. 🌅

Last night was full of schnuggles… and she stayed right beside me all night. 🐾

By morning, it really felt like she knew something was changing.

Sunset came in a new place… but it didn’t feel the same without her.

I’m going to miss her so much. 🤍

Mostly grey at sunrise… but there was a hint of colour there. 🌧️

I still stopped and took it in.

And by sunset, the sky finished the day in gold. 🌇

It’s interesting how moments like that engage more than just what you see — the light, the air, the stillness.

Your brain actually responds to all of it.

Looks grey… but I’m saying there was colour ok?! 😄

Tilly and I headed out for a morning walk after brekky. 🐾

And I spotted these beautiful gumnuts hanging from a gum tree — they just felt so Aussie. 🌿

Then the day finished with another stunning golden sunset. 🌇

20/03/2026

Grey start… but still beautiful. 🌧️

I spent the day working on something I’m really excited about.

Tilly made sure I didn’t do it alone — she was right there the whole time. 🐾

And by the end of the day, we were rewarded with the most beautiful golden sunset. 🌇
