In the heart of Finch Hatton there is a private space to join classes that will help support you on your journey to your strongest self.
Tuesday 9am - we practice a combination of Hatha yoga with beginners calisthenics to target muscle groups and build your physical strength as well as mental resilience.
It’s a, do it at your own pace, every experience level welcome sort of class, so don’t feel like a fish out of water. We all need to start somewhere.
Why is this type of class so beneficial? When we experience injury, or ongoing ailments in our bodies - a good portion of the issue can come from muscle weakness, ligament damage or atrophy from lack of use in the full range and lifestyle not fully supporting the requirements our bodies scream for in order to feel fit and capable. As they say, “you are as young as the spine is flexible!”
