We recently said a fond farewell to our wonderful Simulation Fellow, Dr Mel Smith. It has been an absolute pleasure working with you.

Your sense of humour, enthusiasm, and warm, friendly nature made such a positive impact. You exemplify kindness, collegiality, and a passion for simulation-based education, and you will be greatly missed.

The HNE Simulation Centre & John Hunter Hospital Department of Anaesthesia offer a range of opportunities for enthusiastic and committed provisional fellows who want to join a team of people who are passionate about patient safety and education.

At any one time we have four fellows (2 simulation fellows and 1 post graduate education fellow) working with us for 12 months at a time. Recruitment is via NSW Health annual medical recruitment with advertising in late June.
