International Day of Persons with Disabilities 💙

➡️ The 3rd December is the UN International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
➡️ There are approx. 5.5 million people living with disability in Australia.
➡️ This day aims to promote awareness and understanding of disability-related issues, and rally support for the rights and well-being of people with disabilities.
➡️ In 2025 the theme for this day is ‘fostering disability inclusive societies for advancing social progress’.

World Cerebral Palsy Day 💚

The 6th October is World Cerebral Palsy Day. Today we celebrate the amazing individuals of the CP community!

Cerebral Palsy is a physical disability that impacts movement and posture, as well as vision, hearing and communication. It affects more than 17 million people globally. World Cerebral Palsy Day aims to bring people together from around the world - those living with cerebral palsy, their families, communities and organisations.
