✨ Meet Paul ✨
We’re so excited to welcome Paul Crimmings to the Yoga Body Works teaching team!
Paul has been practicing yoga for decades and loves how the discipline of the practice creates freedom in the mind and body. His classes focus on breath, strong yet sustainable movement, and nervous system regulation — always with plenty of options so every body can explore safely.
Passionate about helping people over 40 find more mobility, calm, and confidence (on and off the mat), Paul brings wisdom, warmth, and grounded energy to every class.
When he’s not on the mat, you’ll find him hiking, flying, dancing, travelling, or enjoying beach time with friends and family.
Paul will be teaching our Friday 4:30pm class, which is now a 60 minutes Yin & Yang Unheated class - with the heaters off, we’ll build the heat from the inside out - but the room will still be nice and cozy all year round.
