Meet the beautiful Annabel! 🌻

Brains, heart, and a whole lot of care. With a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) and four years of frontline support experience, Annabel brings the perfect mix of knowledge, compassion, and real-world understanding to everything she does as a Support Coordinator/Psychosocial Recovery Coach.

She’s all about person-centred care, strong advocacy, and building genuine relationships. Annabel finds the magic in walking alongside people, celebrating progress, and supporting goals as they unfold. At Sunflower, she’s excited to deepen community connections and help people step into more independent, empowered lives.

When Annabel isn't at Sunflower you’ll find her at Pilates, painting, reading, or deep into a TV binge.

Fun fact: she’s travelled to 18 countries and while she’s only 5ft tall, she’s definitely mighty!! 💅

Say hey to Support Worker Caleb 🌻

Cale brings steady energy and life experience to his role as a Support Worker. A former Army serviceman, he shows up with discipline, resilience and a calm confidence that participants really value.

Outside of work, Caleb is all about staying active. He trains in Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, holds a black belt in Judo and a blue belt in BJJ, and still competes regularly. Add CrossFit and motorcycle rides into the mix and it’s safe to say he doesn’t sit still for long.

When he does slow down, you’ll find him spinning records, watching Netflix or playing the occasional Xbox game. Strong, grounded and genuinely committed to growth, Caleb brings that same focus and dedication to the people he supports every day.
