One of my client’s full days of eating 👆🏼

She’s down 2.3kg in just 3 weeks… and as you can see, she’s definitely not starving herself.

So many mums come to me feeling completely overwhelmed with nutrition… trying random diets, skipping meals, or constantly starting over on Monday. But once they have a clear plan and the right support, everything starts to feel so much easier.

Most “high protein” foods… actually aren’t that high in protein 👀

Food companies know protein sells right now, so they’re slapping the word protein on everything.

Protein cereal.
Protein chocolate.
Protein desserts.

But many of them are still mostly carbs and fats.. with a little protein sprinkled in.

Here’s a quick trick I teach my clients to cut through the marketing:

👉 Take the grams of protein per serve and multiply it by 10.
👉 Compare that number to the calories per serve.

If it’s higher than the calories → it’s generally a great protein source.
If it’s lower than the calories → it’s probably not as protein-dense as the label makes it sound.

It’s not about food rules, just understanding what you’re actually buying.

Save this so you remember it next time you’re at the supermarket 🛒

Loaded Taco Potatoes 🌮🥔

Serves: 4 | Calories: 477 | Protein: 47.7g | Carbs: 40.7g | Fat: 13.7g

Ingredients (serves 4):
▫️500g 5% lean beef mince
▫️600g baby potatoes, sliced
▫️1 medium onion, diced
▫️1 medium red capsicum, diced
▫️400g canned diced tomatoes
▫️400g canned black beans, rinsed and drained
▫️200ml beef broth
▫️1 packet mingle taco seasoning
▫️100g light shredded cheese

Method:
1. Add mince, onion, tomatoes, stock, potatoes, capsicum, beans and taco seasoning to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until potatoes are tender. Give it a good stir at the end.
2. Dish into 4 bowls and top each with 25g of the shredded cheese.

** Can add avocado or salsa - not included in macros

As a mum, I don’t need complicated. I need repeatable.

Most women don’t struggle with knowing what healthy food is. They struggle with making it work consistently in real life.

This is what that looks like for me.
