Today I’m choosing to step back.

I had planned to be at Psychic Saturday, but I’ve listened to my body and decided not to push through conditions that would make things worse.

A few reminders I’m holding close today — and maybe you need them too:

✨ You are allowed to cancel before things get bad
✨ You do not need to earn rest through suffering
✨ One event does not define your reliability
✨ Protecting your body protects your future

I’ll be resting, regulating, and taking care — and I’ll be back when it’s sustainable to do so 🤍

How to get to Old Government House on Saturdah

How to get to Psychic Saturday

Psychic Saturday is being held at Old Government House, right in the heart of Parramatta Park — and there are plenty of easy ways to get there.

🚆 By train
The closest station is Parramatta Station. From there, it’s a pleasant 10 minute walk through Parramatta Park to Old Government House. Walk along Church Street, turn left onto Macquarie Street, at the end you should see the Gates to the park - walk through and you will see Old Government House!

🚋 By light rail
Hop off at Parramatta Square and enjoy a short 8 minute walk into the park and up to the house.

⛴️ By ferry
Catch the RiverCat to Parramatta Wharf, then stroll along the river and through the park — allow around 15–20 minutes on foot.

🚌 By bus
Multiple bus routes service Parramatta CBD. Get off near Parramatta Station or along Macquarie Street and walk through the park to the venue.

🚗 By car / parking
There is limited parking within Parramatta Park, much of which is free on weekends, so we recommend allowing extra time. There are also several public car parks throughout Parramatta CBD, all within walking distance of the park.

🚶 On foot
If you’re already in Parramatta, Old Government House is easily walkable and well signposted within the park. Follow the paths — and the vibes ✨

Out of the Office (sorta)

I’m taking a mini vacation for the next few days to pack up and live the hotel life in a new location. My focus is self care and reading. And relaxing obviously!
