Tomorrows full moon in Leo is here to give you insight into your truest self and the courage to bring it forward. Dimming your light serves no one! It's abut radical self acceptance and the courage to be witnessed in our fullness.

Tonight's full moon in Cancer is also known as the Wolf Moon. It's about recognising the power of your voice to meet your emotional needs, letting go of what's too heavy, too old and keeps you playing small, clearing out what no longer serves you and releasing old patterns, emotions and stories, so your intentions for the year ahead have space to work with.

This full moon invites you to sit with your emotions, have a conversation with them, learn from them. Your emotions hold potent information. They can tell you what holds you back from your visions, what you need to reprocess to move forward and how you can accept life as it occurs. They contain life force that can be channelled into creating the life you want. It's about defining how you want to feel and creating a life that supports those feelings.

The lower vibrations of Cancer occur when we suppress our feelings or refuse to give them the attention they deserve. In this state, we distract ourselves with various methods that allow us to focus on anything but our emotions. We simply do not give ourselves permission to feel. This may feel good in the moment, but does not create long lasting positive vibrations. When we ignore our feelings, they manifest in ways we cannot control. They show up as different forms of illness, uncontrolled anxiety and feelings of instability. We need to feel, and when we do not give ourselves what we need, our feelings make themselves known in ways we cannot hide from.

This New Moon is Scorpio is potent! It demands we look backwards before we can move forward. It co-exists within several retrogrades, asking us to dive deep rather then skimming the surface.

It invites us to face our entire selves, every shadow, every truth, every hidden aspect of who we are. To be radically honest about our energy, our patterns and our desires.

It's time to allow everything that has been hidden to be exposed for examination. You can run, but you can't hide from yourself, sooner or later your shadows will need to be faced, preferably before these hidden energies create chaos, keeping us stuck in infinite loops of repeating patterns, wondering why we keep attracting the same situations or sabotage our own success.

Intentions require solid foundations to be built. Acknowledge your shadows with compassion and courage. Allow this energy to be transmuted to the light for healing. These emotions, triggers, conditioned patterns, need not control you. Become your own alchemist turning lead into gold!

It's an invitation to step fully into who you are becoming. It illuminates every way perfectionism and self criticism have kept you small and dissuaded you from sharing your gifts. Trust in yourself, your journey, in what you have to offer being needed right now. It's clearing away blocks and patterns you have carried for years, maybe lifetimes. Expect:
