In light of recent events, it's completely understandable if you're feeling unsettled, anxious, or emotionally impacted. Please know that whatever you're feeling is valid and you don't have to navigate it alone.
Over the holidays, gentle practices can help you stay grounded like taking breaks from the news or social media, sticking to simple routines, spending time with people who feel safe, or pausing to breathe and reconnect with your surroundings may help.
