Hello hello 👋🏾🤗 it's been a LONG time between posts.

I hope you've been well and calm. Anyone else missing the 'precedented' times? I know I am....

I miss seeing your beautiful faces at markets. I miss the adrenaline rush of setting up my market stall on time before opening. I miss the delicious market food ☺️..... but I must admit it's been lovely to have my weekends back....and not have to worry about the weather forecast 😆.

Thank you to everyone who has been ordering online. I've really appreciated your support.

PERFECTION

I've lost count of how many times I've gone to post something on social media and withdrew the post because it wasn't perfect.....

Perfectionism has its place...but when applied to every single action you do it can be crippling and unproductive.

I hope you are being kind to yourself and others. I hope you are not demanding perfectionism from others. We are all doing our best with the knowledge we have...most of us are open to learning...and most of us are looking for healing in the best ways we know how.....

I hope you will join me in giving up perfection....and embracing being human...and that you will give yourself and others grace to be!

May this be your gentle reminder to find your Aromatherapy essentials and use them....even if the time is not perfect!
