One of the most common things we often hear from people thinking about training with us is “I’m not fit or strong enough” to train there.
Thankfully, one of the next most common things we hear after someone has completely their first session is: “I LOVED IT! I was so nervous but it was nowhere near as intimidating or scary as I expected. The coaches were so good and everyone was so friendly and welcoming!”
Any new environment is scary. Especially a new gym! We do get that. However, the idea that you need to have a certain level of strength or fitness to get started just simply isn’t quite right!
Most of those ‘really fit’ people you see on our social media ended up that way by simply starting, then continuing to train with us at 98!!
Sure, there’s a handful of people who are fit before they join. But the majority? They were simply brave enough to walk in and give it a go.
There’s no magic! Just proven programming, excellent coaches, and a group of people who are committed and like hanging around other like-minded, encouraging and committed people.
The point? Regardless of your background, age, experience or current level, you dont need to be fit or strong to start! Helping you achieve that is literally our job, and we do it really well.
