Experience the transformative benefits of Qigong, breathwork, and meditation in a 75-minute Morning Healing Qigong flow class.

Scheduled monthly classes on the 4th Friday of each month, with a possible transition to weekly sessions.
Classes held at The Thread Community Studio starting in March.

Join Vonnie from 7:30 am to 8:45 am for a morning experience that will leave you feeling grounded, empowered, and ready to take on the day.
