This 7 week Kundalini Yoga Foundations course offers a supportive, in depth introduction to the core tools of Kundalini Yoga. Designed for beginners, returning students, and practitioners seeking clarity, this course breaks the practice down into its essential components so you can build confidence, understanding, and embodied experience.
Each week, we will focus on one foundational element of Kundalini Yoga: such as breath of fire, mantra, breath retention, mudra, rhythm, and meditation. Rather than rushing through techniques, we’ll take time to explore how and why these practices are used, how they affect the body systems, and how to apply them sustainably and skilfully.
Classes will include:
• Clear instruction and technique breakdown
• Gentle kriya and movement to integrate each focus
• Space for rest, reflection, and questions
• Context around the energetic, physiological, and traditional purpose of each tool
This course is ideal if you:
• Are new to Kundalini Yoga and want a solid foundation
• Have practiced before but want deeper understanding and confidence
• Feel unsure about certain techniques and want to practice with clarity and care
No prior experience is required. The course is paced thoughtfully, with options offered and an emphasis on listening to your body and nervous system.
