Hunterlink is a national organisation experienced in providing support to industry and organisations throughout Australia. Hunterlink's dedicated team of experts work around the clock to provide one-on-one specialist support for management and staff, helping people and organisations through challenging times and crisis situations. We work in boardrooms and work sites all over Australia and operate

a national 24/7 helpline. Hunterlink is a not-for-profit industry-leading organisation founded in response to a need for welfare support within the industry. We support unions, employers, employees and their families by enhancing the mental wellbeing of workers and their families. We help address substance use, mental health issues and any conditions causing distress in people’s lives. Our focus is on counselling, education and early intervention. We operate Employee Assistance Programs for a range of organisations, tailored to the needs of individual companies.

The City2Surf is a mammoth annual event in Sydney in August and some of the Hunterlink team are once again participating to help raise $5000.
The funds raised will ensure Hunterlink can continue to provide 24/7 counselling support, mental health training and awareness and critical incident responses among many other endeavours.

Hunterlink is excited to be sponsoring one of the sessions at the National Su***de Prevention Conference in Sydney from 28-30 April 2026, hosted by Su***de Prevention Australia.
Session 2.8: Workplace and Industry is on Wednesday April 29 from 1.30 - 3.00pm in the Pyrmont Theatre.

As an EAP, one of the services Hunterlink offers is Critical Incident Support if the need arises.
It takes time for a business to return to normal after a traumatic or distressing incident and Hunterlink can provide counselling as well as help to put medium- and long-term support structures in place for your team.
This week we have been in Cowra doing a toolbox talk and providing support for electrical workers after a recent incident.
