Stanley didn’t believe in Spirit… until he came through himself! ✨

This moment with Bryan and Natalie was HUGE.
The man who made everyone in the family doubt, showed up loud and clear, and the first thing he brought through?

Validation. Truth. Healing.

Note the unmistakable nudge of intuition they’d both been feeling all along.

Stanley had so much to say.
About the brothers who caused hurt…
About how he struggled to express himself…

About the fish tank 🐠🤣

But most of all, about intuition, because Bryan felt it. He felt his dad after he passed — and doubted himself.

But intuition doesn’t lie, and Stanley came through to make sure he finally trusted it.
He’s now the guardian angel for the whole family.

Never underestimate the power of your intuition.
When Spirit wants to get a message through… they will.

And you’ll feel it in your whole body.

So many women tell me they feel guilty when they rest, like taking five minutes to breathe is somehow selfish.

But as our resident psychologist Melissa Harries shared in our call inside The Circle, that guilt usually isn’t yours.

It’s old conditioning.
It’s the inner child who heard you had to be “helpful”, “busy”, “good”, or you weren’t enough.
Somewhere along the way, resting became “lazy”, sitting still became “wasting time”, and doing nothing started to feel like being nothing.

Well let me clear that up for you right now.
Rest is not selfish.
Rest is self-respect.
Rest is self-preservation 🙏🩷

When you slow down, you’re letting your nervous system breathe. You’re letting the thoughts you’ve been running from catch up gently instead of crashing into you later.

When a brother comes through in spirit to express his love & gratitude ….🙏🏼 😇🫶

Grief and love really do walk side by side… and the journey is never linear.

One moment you feel like you’re breaking, and then out of nowhere a tiny thing makes you smile, laugh, or remember the good in the middle of the pain.

I see it all the time in readings.
It’s the small, intimate details Spirit brings through… the inside joke, the quirky habit, the memory only you would recognise.

Those moments aren’t random.
Spirit is always with us 🙏🏼 and shows up when you’re meant to hear the messages and when they do, you feel it in your whole body.

After 20+ years of readings, the most common message I hear is:
“I’m happy. I’m calm. I’m at peace. And I want you to keep living your beautiful life.”

For anyone like Silv, whose grief is still so new and raw… your loved one knows how deeply you miss them. They know the impact of their passing.

And they send those little flickers of humour, those sparks of light, to let you feel them close.

Those moments are pure LOVE.
Pure connection.

The more you bless other people and the more you give thanks for what you already have the more abundance flows into every area of your life ✨🩷

When you lean into high frequency, your energy expands , your vibration gets clearer, your whole body feels more regulated and present, and opportunities start meeting the version of you who’s ready to receive them.

If you want your situation to shift, start small. Bless someone. Name what you’re grateful for.
You can walk. You’re loved. There’s food on the table. A job that supports you. Your health, your children, your pets, your beautiful life.

Gratitude + blessing expands your energy and It creates a ripple effect that uplifts the people around you…and that same energy always circles back to you amplified.

Sarah asked her Aunty in Spirit for ONE sign… and the sign was “mention the necklace.” To prove that she was here in spirit .

The first thing I said? “I’m being shown a necklace.” 💫

Her reaction says it all.

Spirit doesn’t guess. Spirit SHOWS UP.
And when they do… you feel it in your whole body.
