Catherine works with adolescents aged 13+ and adults.
Catherine has a particular interest in working with eating disorders, including anorexia, disordered eating, ARFID, bulimia, and binge eating disorder.
She also supports individuals throughout their weight-loss surgery journey and works from a Health at Every Size (HAES)–informed framework, prioritising compassionate, non-judgemental, and evidence-based care.
She supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, and ADHD, and uses a solution-focused approach to help clients build practical strategies for managing wellbeing and navigating life’s challenges.
For a limited time we are offering sessions with Catherine for only $150 (medicare rebates still apply if you have a mental health treatment plan).

We are collecting donations for Hope in a Suitcase. Hope in a Suitcase is a non-profit organisation that provides children entering foster care with their own suitcase filled with essentials—like clothes, toiletries, toys, and books—replacing the plastic bags often used to move their belongings. It aims to restore dignity, provide comfort, and show they are valued.
They are in desperate need of the following (all items must be new):
Clothing for girls size 8, 10, &12, or boys size 6 or 8.
Blankets suitable for 8+ e.g. throw rugs.
If you would like to donate please drop these items off to CK Health, 136 Glebe Rd Merewether.

We're told anxiety is a problem to fix, a glitch in the system, something wrong with us. So we spend years trying to eliminate it, medicate it away, or think positively hard enough to make it disappear.

But what if that's the wrong frame entirely?

Your anxiety is doing exactly what it was designed to do: protect you. It's hypervigilant because somewhere in your nervous system, there's a real or perceived threat.
